HVAC Service Agreement Policies
- Technicians will not be allowed to enter the residence or be alone with a minor without the presence of an adult 18 years or older
- For the safety considerations we ask that pets be kept on a leash or contained while the technician is working at the residence.
- If there is a preferred technician or require a specific time frame for scheduling maintenance, please give us a 2 weeks’ notice to accommodate your requests.
- Failure on behalf of the customer to cancel or reschedule an appointment within twenty-four (24) hours of the previously scheduled appointment time will result in an additional $50.00 rescheduling fee
- Service agreements are non-refundable after one maintenance visit or after a discounted diagnostic has been performed.
- Please note filters are not provided as part of our service agreement. Our technicians will change filters if they are available on site during your service agreement appointment. We can provide you with the correct filter sizes and number of filters needed for your home. We are also available to order filters by the case for you to keep on hand. We recommend changing your filters every 30 days. Please contact our office if you have more questions about our filter policy.
