What can I say. After a constant failing entry level Ruud Unit and multiple repairs due to the systems low quality, I had enough. Carolina Air were able to offer me multiple Carrier options. After deciding, I pick from Carrier’s brand new line up. Cameron and Matt were top notch and made sure the install of the new system was operating properly. Due to this system never being installed before, the Service Manager, Bruce was on site for final inspection/operation. So far we are impressed! The new system is so quiet and efficient.
