A great company! Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, on time and dependable. We had a blade and motor malfunction on a cool Sunday morning, so we called and left a message requesting help. Later that morning, we received a return call and the super friendly technician, Travis, fixed our issue. We have since signed up for their full service which provides maintenance checks, discounts on parts, and no extra fees if they have to come out (again) on a weekend. We have been using Carolina Air for over 10 years. Freddie is the best and in addition to being thorough in maintaining our ac, he always remembers my kids and their interests and makes them feel special when he comes twice a year.
One of our thermostats was not on when we returned home. The service tech-Scott was here within an hour after we called. The problem was caused by a power surge. We were up and running in 20 minutes.
We replaced our old unit and had duct work completed. Our experience with Carolina Air started with Bill Steele, Bill gave a variety of options and worked with us throughout the process. He came out to the house twice to go over everything and called me after the install to confirm everything went as planned. The technicians were prompt and completed the install on time. We chose Carolina Air because of their reputation and Bill was the only representative that offered a variety of options to include money saving options for us. We will continue to use Carolina Air and I will recommend them to others and I thank Bill and all of the staff at Carolina Air for taking care of my family with our new system. I purchased the infinity system 4ton 22 seer HVAC and it is by far the most quiet system I have ever heard.

Thank you to Carolina Air – it was 92 degrees in our house on Fripp and although one air company came out and told us it would be 5 weeks till they could fix the air by redoing the duct work, Carolina air came out the next day and fixed the fan motor and we are running perfect and 72 degrees! So, duct work and fan motor is two different things and I am so thankful to Carolina Air for all their help and truthfulness!
