Add-on coverage provides routine maintenance that can increase efficiency and lengthen the operating life of your equipment. Add-On coverage is optional, but provides many benefits and additional peace of mind.

Wine Cooler (Under Counter) Coverage
Maintenance includes:
- Cleaning coils
- Testing electrical components
- Cleaning drain system
- Testing the door seal conditions.
Walk-in Wine Cellar Coverage
Maintenance includes:
- Cleaning coils
- Testing electrical components
- Cleaning drain system
- Testing the door seal conditions
Ice Machine (Under Counter) Coverage
Maintenance includes:
- Cleaning/Sanitizing the machine, bin, coil and associated parts using manufacturer specific cleaners.
- Testing ice production to ensure proper freeze and harvest times.
- * Water filters are NOT included. Recommendations to be made for replacement per the machines manufacturer guidelines.
Ice Machine (Free Standing) Coverage
Maintenance includes:
- Cleaning/Sanitizing the machine, bin, coil and associated parts using manufacturer specific cleaners.
- Testing ice production to ensure proper freeze and harvest times
- * Water filters are NOT included. They will be recommended for replacement according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Carrier Air Purifier Coverage
Maintenance includes:
- Cleaning of electrostatic filtration components
- Check for proper operation
- Replacement of filter media once per year
Central Dehumidifier Coverage
Maintenance includes:
- Cleaning Coils
- Testing Electrical Components
- Clearing Drain Lines
- Confirming operation of safety devices
ERV Coverage
Maintenance includes:
- Cleaning of Coils and Cabinet
- Testing of all accessible electrical components
- Clean washable filter
Electronic Air Cleaner Coverage
Maintenance Includes:
- Removing and cleaning the power cells
- Testing proper electrical operation
EZ Flex Filter Coverage
Service includes annual replacement of EZ Flex filter media at time of routine maintenance.
Wall pack / PTAC System Coverage
Maintenance includes:
- Cleaning of Coils and Cabinet
- Testing of all accessible electrical components
- Clean washable filter
Gas Pool Heater Coverage
Maintenance includes:
- Cleaning of unit and burner assembly
- Testing Safety Devices
