In addition to competitive compensation, you can also earn Double Time Pay if you work more than 48 hours a week.

We believe in working hard, and also in playing hard. At Carolina Air, new employees earn 5 days of paid vacation – and can get 15 days per year after 5 years employment. You get a minimum of 6 paid holidays off, each year.
